We are also a full service jewelry store! We design, manufacture, and sell all genres of jewelry.

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate/Pawnbroker to become an integral part of our team and to learn to handle all facets of the Pawnbroking industry! You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service on both the lending and retail side by greeting, engaging, and interacting with customers to process sales, loans, and transactions. Previous cash handling experience is required as well as retail experience. Knowledge of jewelry, tools, and electronics is preferred. Our associates work with all levels of jewelry and general merchandise, as well as all financial solutions offered to our customers.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

This is a representative list of the general duties the sales associate position may be asked to perform and is not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment and multi-task
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and salesmanship
• Generate business through various methods of clienteling
• Perform non-management open/close procedures
• Effectively communicate to customers the aspects of pawn and buy transactions
• Handle all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures and practices
• Provide product knowledge and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
• Communicate effectively with fellow employees and managers, display respect, and use effective communication tools
• Partner with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older as we are a Firearms Dealer
• Must have at least 2 year of retail or sales experience preferably in the Jewelry industry
• Strong desire to work successfully as part of a team
• Strong desire to serve customers and work with people
• High-energy and welcoming sales personality
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and understand time management
• Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
• Computer literate and able to operate common office machines (CRM) and perform basic research
• Have open availability and reliable transportation; We are open 5 days a week!

Bi-lingual is a plus, not mandatory

Salary: Depends on Individual experience + COMMISSION
